The emergence of COVID-19 has changed the nature of work for all businesses. In response, most companies have temporarily transitioned their employees to fully or partially working remote. In many cases, remote work or an extended period of working remotely is a new experience for both people and companies.

In response to this, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Georgia has released recordings of two webinars: Improving Your Effectiveness as a Remote Worker and Effectively Managing and Leading Remote Employees.

“Our new webinar series is designed to help people and organizations adapt to working remotely and to increase effectiveness in this new business environment,” says Gabriel Eckert, FASAE, CAE, BOMA Georgia Chief Executive Officer. “The release of these webinar recordings is part of BOMA Georgia’s comprehensive approach to providing value to the real estate industry during this challenging time.”

In addition to the webinars, the association has also released three short videos: Three Keys to Successfully Working Remote, Managing and Leading Remote Workers, and Effective Leadership in a Crisis.
